Centre of Excellence for Neurosciences

I feel privileged to be associated with this project in Dali. The final stages of construction started today with a ceremony attended by the governor of the prefecture of Dali (on the right side of Prof. Ling Feng). This will be a 1500-bed Centre of Excellence for Neurosciences with an emphasis on brain tumours and neuro-rehabilitation.
